I came to yoga on the recommendation of my physiotherapist, at a time when I was immersed in the competitive world of professional sports. It only took one class to realize that environment never really aligned with me. This first yoga experience opened my eyes to a completely different world of self-expression, presence, and connection.
Soon after, I was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, a practice that challenged me physically while grounding me mentally. After four years of dedicated practice, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training in the style. I later moved from Bulgaria to Innsbruck to pursue a Master degree and have continued to grow my practice ever since.
Over time, I’ve explored mobility and strength training and now integrate these elements into my classes. My teaching is rooted in the discipline and depth of Ashtanga, while also allowing space for freedom, introspection, and growth.
For me, yoga is a lifelong journey of learning and transformation. I look forward to learn alongside you.
