Q & A
-
Can I extend my Pass?
We’re sorry, but passes can’t be extended. Each pass (3, 5, 10) is valid for the specific time period noted when you purchase it. The expiration date is the reason you pay much less for each class compared to a drop in. To get the most out of your pass, we recommend planning your visits ahead of time.
-
Can I bring a friend with my pass?
Passes are for individual use only, so they can’t be shared. If a friend would like to join you, they’re very welcome to purchase their own pass or drop-in class. This rule is here for liability reasons and because your class prices are lower in a pass than with a drop in.

What happens if I miss a class?
Any No shows and Late Cancellations will result in you loosing the class you signed up with. If you are signed up with an unlimited pass, you will be charged a penalty of 10€ for taking a spot someone else could have filled. If you refuse to pay the penalty, your Pass will be blocked. This rule is there to protect our teachers who are paid by head and to create a fair environment for everybody.
