300hr Advanced Teacher Training
A comprehensive journey designed for teachers who are ready to deepen their practice and refine their teaching.
This programme invites you to explore the many layers of yoga from anatomy to breath, meditation, philosophy, devotion, subtle body practices, teaching methodology and the practical skills required to create a sustainable path as a yoga teacher.
Structured around four interconnected pillars, this training weaves together the physical, energetic, philosophical and professional dimensions of yoga. Each module builds upon the others, creating a holistic education that supports both personal transformation and advanced teaching skills.
Throughout the programme, you will deepen your understanding of the body, cultivate awareness of the nervous system, connect with the roots and traditions of yoga, refine your ability to guide students and develop your own authentic voice as a teacher.
Modules
The Training is divided into four independent 75-hour modules, each designed as a complete learning experience that can be booked individually. For students who wish to complete the full 300-hour journey, all four modules can be booked together with a discount.
