Mara is a passionate Yoga and Pilates Teacher as well as a certified Sound Practitioner based in Innsbruck. Her focus lies in Somatics, Sound, Vinyasa, and Pilates. Blending mindful movement with breath and embodied awareness, her classes invite you to move beyond external shapes and into a space of sensing and feeling – creating space for reconnection and inner exploration.
