It was during my early teens that I noticed how much I love moving, basically in any form. Movement became my therapy and it followed my life along. I decided to study Physical Education at University and alongside, I did further education in Fitness.
I’ve always been pretty multi-sport and I initially started yoga to help with my flexibility and find some softness. I practiced at home for quite a few years, but never thought of myself as someone who does yoga.
It was around 2019 that I started to dive deeper into my practice, I realized that there’s more to yoga than just asana. Over the years, it has shaped my personality, the way I view the world and my ideas of how I’d like to contribute to it.
My personal practice is disciplined, I love strong vinyasa flows and the occasional ashtanga class. I absolutely adore singing mantra! My teaching style reflects how I practice, with a big-big touch of love. Teaching yoga warms my heart and soul and I’m grateful everyday for finding this path.
