Emily is a scientist, climber, yogi and handstand enthusiast.
She takes a structured, science-based approach to teaching inversions, using targeted drills to improve joint mobility and active control of end ranges of motion. Along with helping you build strength and body awareness for safe, stable inversions, she aims to share the joy of getting upside down and to help build the handstand community in Innsbruck.
