Danas path into yoga grew out of years spent working with the body - through fitness, personal training and flexibility coaching. Alongside her work in the sports field and various other trainings, she discovered yoga as a way to turn inward, to slow down and to truly listen. A well-rounded practice that touches every aspect of being.

After years of dedicated self-practice, she felt the call to deepen her understanding and traveled to India multiple times for her teacher trainings. These were rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, with further studies in Yin and Therapeutic Yoga. Since then, she has continued to learn and refine her approach, completing additional training in Thai Yoga Massage and prenatal-adapted Vinyasa.

Danas teaching is a blend of strength and softness, structure and creativity. With a holistic approach and a love for fluid, breath-led movement, her classes are grounded in the intention to create space - for presence, for play and for transformation.
